WHAT IS ANNUAL MAINTENANCE?
AMC stands for Annual Maintenance Contract. It is also known as Annual Maintenance Charges. In AMC, the company usually provides service support to the customer and charges for the faulty parts of the Fire Fighting System. In this the Vendor maintains the entire Fire Fighting system, keeps a regular check and sees to it that the system is healthy and in working condition at all times.
The entire system along with all the equipments are serviced and checked every month to see the functionality. All equipments along with pumps are checked and kept in working conditions to prevent the spread of fire. Along with it, the Security Personnel are trained to use equipments to be able control the fire during emergency.
